Today I looked up the word “strong” and one of the definitions read:  able to withstand pressure. Hmm… I can’t say that’s easy, but it’s worth it! The only way to become stronger is to press through challenges. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Oswald Chambers once quoted: The strain of life is what builds our strength. If there is no strain, there will be no strength. I’d like to add to that quote; HURT SO GOOD! It puts me in the mind of many things. Resistance training and the hard work it takes to become stronger. Test and trials that come our way that are oftentimes hard to handle, but through perseverance we become stronger to stand in the midst of it all.

I have yet to master total strength in my life mentally, spiritually and physically. One thing is for certain, I desire to become stronger in these areas and I’m getting there!

I choose to be unstoppable! I am strong and will stand and face my fears. 2 Cor 12:10   For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Keep the press and don’t give up! Be strong and courageous. You are a champion!
